  • 500 g cooked chicken, shredded
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 100 ml plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon mango chutney
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 50 g sliced almonds, toasted
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the curry powder until fragrant.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mango chutney, lemon juice, and toasted curry powder.
  3. 3. Add the shredded chicken and mix well.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Garnish with toasted almonds before serving.
