  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them evenly.
  6. Sprinkle cooked bacon, salt, and black pepper over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve.
