5. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
6. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
8. Bake the bread for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
