Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 packet Chili Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups Water
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
2. Add the onion and green bell pepper to the pot and cook until they are tender.
3. Stir in the chili seasoning mix, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, and water.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
