Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • ½ cup Sliced Almonds toasted
  • ¼ cup Sesame Seeds toasted

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Break the ramen noodles into small pieces and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, toasted almonds, and toasted sesame seeds.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over the top. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
