Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a pot, combine coconut milk, chicken broth, and red curry paste. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Add mushrooms and chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and salt. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
