Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 1 package Refrigerated pie crust

Filling

  • 4 cups Fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust, crimp edges to seal, and cut slits on top to vent.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  7. Let the pie cool before serving.
