Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork shoulder cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Aji Amarillo paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. 5. Stir in the Aji Amarillo paste, cumin, and paprika.
  6. 6. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. 7. Reduce the heat and let it cook for about 30 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
  8. 8. Add lime juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
