Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stew made easily in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 3 pieces Carrots sliced
- 3 pieces Potatoes diced
- 1 piece Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato paste, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef and vegetables are tender.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
