Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup White wine
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
