Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red onion chopped
  • 1 cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly.
  2. 2. Add a layer of thawed peas over the lettuce.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the peas.
  4. 4. Add a layer of chopped red onion.
  5. 5. Add the cooked and crumbled bacon.
  6. 6. Layer the halved cherry tomatoes.
  7. 7. Add the chopped cucumber as the final layer.
  8. 8. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar until well combined.
  9. 9. Spread the dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
  10. 10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
