Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, fish)
  • 2 cups Diced potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Gradually add the milk and heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  5. 5. Add the diced potatoes and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. 6. Add the mixed seafood and cook until the seafood is done.
  7. 7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
