Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup chopped spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, bell peppers, spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
