Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

Gravy
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Biscuits
- 8 Biscuits (store-bought or homemade)
Preheat oven and bake biscuits according to package instructions or your favorite recipe.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and crumbled.
Sprinkle flour over cooked sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until gravy thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
