Ingredients 

Gravy

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Biscuits

  • 8 Biscuits (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven and bake biscuits according to package instructions or your favorite recipe.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned and crumbled.
  3. Sprinkle flour over cooked sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until gravy thickens.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve gravy over warm biscuits.
