Ingredients 

Steak Patties

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Gravy

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add mushrooms. Cook until tender.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Return patties to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
