Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Turkey about 12 pounds
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Aji Panca Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, aji panca paste, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the turkey, including under the skin.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with its own juices.
  6. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
