Roast Peruvian Turkey Recipe
A flavorful and juicy roast turkey with Peruvian spices.

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Turkey about 12 pounds
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Aji Panca Paste
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, aji panca paste, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the turkey, including under the skin.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and roast for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with its own juices.
Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
