  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine the rice, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. 2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, until the rice is tender and the mixture thickens, about 25-30 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
