Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A classic Reuben Sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, grilled between slices of rye bread.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Rye bread
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
- ¼ cup Russian dressing
- 8 oz Corned beef thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place two slices, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer with Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing. Top with remaining bread, buttered side up.
4. Grill until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
