  • 2 pounds red-skinned potatoes washed and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions
