Raspberry Jam Without Pectin Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.
3. Continue to boil for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
5. Seal jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
