Ingredients 

Custard

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 6 Egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Pastry

  • 1 package Puff pastry thawed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and flour. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in egg yolks and vanilla extract.
  5. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 circles. Press into a muffin tin.
  6. Fill each pastry shell with custard mixture.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are browned and the custard is set.
  8. Let cool before serving.
