Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4. Grill or cook the patties in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover to melt the cheese.
  6. 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in the skillet until golden brown.
  7. 7. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun. Serve immediately.
