Phyllo Dough Recipe
This is a basic recipe for making phyllo dough from scratch.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¾ cup Water Warm
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White vinegar
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
2. Add water, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
5. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
6. Roll each ball out into a thin sheet using a rolling pin.
