Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 1 cup Green Peas cooked
  • 1 cup Carrots diced and cooked
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, shredded chicken, green peas, and carrots.
  3. 3. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
