  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. 3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
