Dough
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can dulce de leche
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and powdered sugar.
Add softened butter and vanilla extract. Mix until dough forms.
Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness. Cut into circles.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Let cookies cool, then spread dulce de leche on one cookie and top with another.
