  • 2 cups persimmon pulp ripe
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the persimmon pulp and baking soda. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  3. Add the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the persimmon mixture. Stir well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and beaten eggs.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the pudding cool before serving. Enjoy!
