Filling
- 6 cups sliced peaches
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Spread over the peaches.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
