Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 packet Gelatin unflavored
  • 3 tablespoon Water

Instructions 

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until completely dissolved. Add vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
