Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Once boiling, let it boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and quick oats until well combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.
