Napa Cabbage Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Napa Cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- 4 pcs Green Onions chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup Toasted Almonds sliced
- ¼ cup Sesame Seeds toasted
Dressing
- ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded Napa cabbage, julienned carrots, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Sprinkle toasted almonds and sesame seeds on top before serving.
