Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Chuck Roast
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 5 pieces Pepperoncini Peppers

Instructions 

  1. Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Place the butter on top of the roast.
  4. Add the pepperoncini peppers around the roast.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
  6. Shred the meat with two forks and serve with the juices from the slow cooker.
