Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Ketchup for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  4. Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
