Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. In a skillet, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat. Add the baked meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Place the meatballs and sauce in hoagie rolls. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
