Main Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni uncooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper chopped
- ½ cup red onion chopped
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion. Mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
