Lobster Rolls Recipe
Classic New England lobster rolls with a touch of lemon and mayo.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Lobster tails cooked and chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoons Chives chopped
- 4 pieces Hot dog buns split-top
- 2 tablespoons Butter melted
1. Cook the lobster tails in a large pot of boiling water for about 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red. Let them cool, then chop the meat into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well.
3. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
4. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
