Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Fish stock
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. 2. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Gradually add the fish stock, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. 5. Stir in the cooked lobster meat and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer if desired.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with additional lobster meat or a drizzle of cream if desired.
