- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 jar Marinara Sauce
- 12 pieces Lasagna Noodles cooked
- 16 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce. Add a layer of cooked lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of ricotta mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of meat sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
