Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Boiling water
  • ¼ cup Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the boiling water into the mixture and stir until the dough thickens.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
