Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
