Island Style Sardines and Rice Recipe
A simple and delicious island-style dish featuring sardines and rice.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 can Sardines in oil
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add sardines (with oil) to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4. Mix cooked rice into the pan with sardines. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy your island-style sardines and rice!
