Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 can Sardines in oil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add sardines (with oil) to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Mix cooked rice into the pan with sardines. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
