Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  3. Add curry powder, turmeric, and cumin. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and add tomatoes. Stir well.
  6. Season with salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir in garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
