Hungarian Mushroom Soup Recipe
A hearty and flavorful mushroom soup with a Hungarian twist.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
Stir in flour and cook for a minute.
Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly.
Add milk, paprika, dill, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and lemon juice. Heat through but do not boil.
