Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for a minute.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly.
  5. Add milk, paprika, dill, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice. Heat through but do not boil.
