Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 32 oz Frozen Hash Browns thawed
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 10.5 oz can
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
