Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
A hearty and delicious hamburger steak with onions and gravy.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and cook until softened. Sprinkle flour over onions and stir well.
Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until gravy thickens.
Return patties to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
