  • 4 slices Bread Preferably ciabatta or sourdough
  • 4 slices Cheese Provolone or mozzarella
  • 4 slices Ham Or turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions

  2. 2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Assemble the sandwich with cheese and ham between the bread slices, buttered side out.
  4. 4. Place the sandwich in the panini press and grill for 3-5 minutes, until golden and crispy.
