  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red Onion chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine green peas, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
  2. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
