Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cup Kalamata Olives
- 0.5 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and kalamata olives.
2. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
3. Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
4. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve immediately.
