Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixing bowl with the vegetables and cheese. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
