Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 60 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 30 g Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic oil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
